Tongue Twisters!

Il modo più divertente per "scogliere" la lingua e riuscire ad avere una fluidità "British"è quella di allenarsi con i divertentissimi Tongue Twisters, l'equivalente degli scioglilungua italiani.
Sono frasi difficili da pronuciare perchè articolate e studiare per allenare la lingua, fatte per lo più di continue allitterazioni.
Le frasi di solito non hanno alcun senso, sono buffe e simpatiche...ma il signficato è irrilevante in quanto la funzione principale è quella di allenare nella pronucia. 


 Vediamo alcuni esempi di Tongue Twister....

C'è quello delle streghe alle prese con gli orologi:

"If two witches were watching two watches, which witch would watch which watch?"

Probabilmente lo scioglilingua più usato dai venditori:

"If you want to buy, buy, if you don't want to buy, bye bye!"

Betty e i suoi problemi con il burro:

Betty Botter bought a bit of butter. "But," she said, "this butter's bitter!
If I put it in my batter, it will make my batter bitter!"
So she bought a bit of butter better than her bitter butter,
And she put it in her batter, and her batter was not bitter.
So 'twas better Betty Botter bought a bit of better butter. 

Un buon caffè ha sempre bisogno di una buona tazza:

"Give papa a cup of proper coffee in a copper coffee cup."  

E voi...quanto tempo impiegate per pronuciarli ?
